This week gave me a new appreciation for the creative side of cybersecurity and what it takes to build content for social media. I spent a lot of time learning about the design tools that I use, and the other platforms that I'll be using to post.
I'm not just focusing on creating media — I'm also learning along the way what cybersecurity actually is, as well as the consistency and patience it takes to make effective posts. I'm learning that consistency in style requires patience throughout the process, and that it helps with the quality.
My highlight of the week was seeing how creativity plays a role in the field. Making visuals and making a point clear to an audience was really fun for me throughout the process. It pushed me to think differently about how we communicate cybersecurity to an audience of all kinds.
